The gorillastand is a robust and highly precise indicator stand designed for holding dial gauges to test flatness, squareness, and dimensions, as well as for other precision measurement tasks. The product is intended for use on granite plates.
Maximum user-friendliness
A large knurled knob for controlled fine adjustment, as well as a progressive clamping mechanism that allows adjustment of the measuring arm overhang independent of the measuring arm height, ensure high user-friendliness. Grip recesses in the base body increase safety when lifting the measuring stand.
Innovation instead of ground steel base
Thanks to an innovative base concept with three spherically mounted, lapped brass feet, the gorillastand is always statically defined. The brass feet allow easy sliding on a granite plate. Small burrs or scratches on the brass feet can be easily smoothed by circularly sliding on a granite table.
